Leave the airport on Airport Blvd and turn right onto TX-35 North. After about 2.7 miles, take the ramp onto I-45 North. Take Exit 45 toward US-59 South, continue briefly on TX-288 South, then take the exit onto I-69 / US-59 South toward Victoria. Stay on it about 5.5 miles to Exit 122A for Chimney Rock Rd and turn left onto Chimney Rock. We're about half a mile down at 5900, Suite N. Around 26 minutes.
